Rule 185B
Pirmarka, provision relating to hearing of grievances

(1) In accordance with the Act, this regulation and the prevailing law, except for the provision of the right to complain or appeal elsewhere, if any teacher feels that he has been aggrieved in matters related to his service, conditions and facilities, or if no action has been taken even after informing the relevant body in this regard, he shall be liable to Complaints and complaints can be placed before the District Education Officer.
(2) The District Education Officer shall hear the objections or complaints raised as per sub-rule (1) and resolve such objections and complaints.
(3) If the complaints and complaints under sub-rule (1) cannot be resolved by the district education officer, they can be placed before the concerned director.
